What to have ready
Whoever you speak with will move faster if you can tell them:
- The model number of your rod, for example WSC72MH or WSS64ML. It's printed on the blank just above the grip.
- Roughly when and where you bought it.
- What happened, and which section of the rod is affected.
- Clear photos of the damage.
If you're not sure which model you own, the specification tables list every WILD SIDE spinning and casting model by length, taper, lure weight, and line rating.
